Cleaning out? I'll sell it for you.
You clear the space. I photograph, price, list, and ship your things on eBay to buyers across the country. You get paid when they sell. No upfront cost, no meetups, no haggling.
From full closet to paid, in four steps.
Text me photos
Send 3–4 photos and your town. I'll tell you honestly what's worth selling, before anyone drives anywhere.
Pickup or drop-off
Drop off anytime for free. Pickup is free within 20 miles on jobs worth $300 or more, $25 for smaller ones.
I do the selling
Photos, research, listings, buyer questions, packing, and shipping. You get a weekly text with what sold.
You get paid
Within 14 days of each final sale, with a statement. Unsold items after 60 days come back to you or get donated, your choice.
Cash today, or more money later. You choose, item by item.
Cash today
I make you a written offer on the spot for things you'd rather not wait on. Paid at pickup, done.
- Best for: when you need it gone this week
- No waiting, no updates to follow
- Usually less than consigning
Consign
I list it on eBay and you keep 65% of the sale after eBay fees. On a $100 sale, that's about $55.92 to you.
- Best for: brand-name, vintage, and collectible items
- National buyers usually pay more than local ones
- Weekly text updates and a statement with every payout
Most people mix both: cash on a few pieces and consign the rest. Everything is in a written agreement with a photo list of your items.
Drag the price and see the split.
Every sale splits three ways: eBay's fee, my commission, and your share. Nothing comes out before the sale, and you never pay me anything upfront.
Estimate based on eBay's standard fee of about 13.6% + $0.40. Fees vary by category. Shipping is paid by the buyer.
Clothes first. Then the rest of the garage.
These brands and categories sell well on eBay. Not on the list? Text me a photo and I'll check recent sold prices for you.
To get the best price
- Clothes freshly washed or dry-cleaned
- No stains, holes, pilling, smoke, or pet hair
- All the pieces, cords, chargers, and boxes you have
- Items worth about $25 or more each
- Lower-value clothes are welcome as bundles (same size and type)
I usually pass on
- Fast fashion and store brands, except as bundles
- Used underwear, socks, and swimwear
- Car seats and cribs
- Particleboard furniture and mattresses
- Tube TVs, old printers, and encyclopedias
One simple commission. No surprise fees.
Closets
Clothes, shoes, and bags you don't wear, without the hassle of resale apps.
Moves
Sell what you're not packing, and leave with cash or a payout coming.
Estates
For executors and families with too little for an estate-sale company and too much to toss.
Realtors & move managers
Get homes emptied and show-ready. I'm glad to work with your clients.
Good questions, straight answers.
How do I know what my things are worth?
I price from what the same item has actually sold for on eBay recently, not from asking prices. I'll show you the numbers before you decide anything.
What if something doesn't sell?
After 30 days I may lower the price up to 20%. After 60 days, unsold items come back to you, or I donate them and give you the receipt. You pick which when we sign.
When and how do I get paid?
Within 14 days of each final sale, meaning the item was delivered and the buyer's return window has passed. Every payout comes with a statement showing what sold and for how much.
Can I set a minimum price?
Yes. Mark any item with a lowest price you'll accept, and I won't sell it for less.
Do you buy things outright?
Yes. For anything you'd rather not wait on, I'll make a written cash offer. You choose cash or consignment for each item, and nothing is bought without your OK.
What happens to everything you don't take?
We'll plan for it at the walkthrough: charity pickup, Habitat ReStore for furniture, e-waste drop-off, and a junk hauler I trust for the rest. The goal is an empty space.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a short written agreement plus a list of your items with photos. It covers the commission, timing, payouts, and what happens to unsold items.
Where do you pick up?
Within 20 miles of New Lenox, IL . Farther is fine for bigger jobs. Just ask.
